Nissan r390 πŸ‘ŒπŸ» Built for the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1997 and 1998, and in 1998 Nissan was able to finish 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 10th overall. As it was a homologised car, Nissan built a road version! This was powered by the same 3.5ltr twin-turbocharged V8 engine as the race car, generating a power output of 550 hp. All of this power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed sequential manual transmission. The car is able to accelerate from 0–97 km/h (0–60 mph) in 3.9 seconds and complete the quarter-mile in 11.9 seconds. The top speed is rated at 354 km/h (220 mph) by Nissan. From my research they never built and sold the road version, possibly due to the price tag of $1mill… butNissan have a couple in the companies HQ in Japan.
